You will receive:
- Access to expert manufacturer support from the Control4 Assist Team to help remotely 7 days a week, 8AM-8PM via phone, email and video assist.
- Proactive remote system monitoring to help keep your system and connected devices running reliably.

Choose Control 4 Assist Premium to receive all the benefits of the Control 4 Assist plan plus personalized system education, scene modification, custom programming and new device connection. Our team of highly trained specialists is ready and waiting to assist you 24/7/365. With Assist Premium, you also receive the following features:
- Education on how to use features and functionality of the system.
- Post-install personalization, programming and new device connection to update your system when technology or your preferences change.
- Biannual check-is from our Assist Team who will set up optional appointments for assessing your system.
